How do I get you my artwork for business cards and pins?
You can email your PDF, jpg, gif or PNG to info@author-merch.com. We'll also be sending you an email asking for the artwork.
What's the turnaround time?
Allow three business days for your proof. We'll be emailing you with the email you provided. Once the proof is approved, allow 15 business days for your order.
You should get an automated receipt for your order the second you pay sent from PayPal via Author Merch. If you do not see this receipt, and if you don't get a proof within 3 business days, check your spam folder, or contact us.
Can I get my order any faster?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available for an added cost. Email us for more info.
What shipping to do you use?
We ship directly from our printing partners using USPS and UPS.
What if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
We guarantee our work. If you're not completely satisfied, email us. Learn more in our terms and conditions.
I want unique artwork. Or I want to change the color of a sticker. How do I do that?
Contact us. We'll be happy to work with you on creating a sticker unique to you or your brand.
