If you want to cancel an order, you can do so anytime between submitting your order and approving your proof. Once the proof is approved and the order is at the printer, it can't be cancelled.
Please double-check the spelling and any links included in your personalized merchandise. Once the proof is approved, Author Merch will not be held liable for mistakes in the proof.
If the proof is not rendered per exact specifications or there is a printer mistake, please contact us and we will contact the printer on your behalf.
All images for stickers and tote bags are copyrighted and can't be reproduced without permission.
Receipts are emailed from service@paypal.com.

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

Let us know within 10 days if you're unhappy with the product. Send us an email, including your transaction number from your PayPal receipt.
If the product isn't up to standard, or was printed in error, please provide photos and email them to us so we can talk to the printer.
Once you get confirmation from us that a refund will be on the way, please allow 30 days for us to process your refund.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment source via PayPal.
We do not accept returns, as the products are personalized.
